Trailmatters, a visual declaration of love for single trails

The book "Trailmatters" by photographer Filip Zuan is a visual declaration of love to the trails in Graubünden. From the valleys to the glaciers, it depicts exclusively deserted trails, inviting mountain bikers, trail runners and hikers alike to dream.

Images of deserted trails are not a new invention. But they never fail to captivate, including Swiss photographer Filip Zuan, who has dedicated an entire 160-page book to single trails. "The images of these empty trails leave room for imagination and anticipation, freedom to dream and an alert urge to discover. It is a reduction to the essentials, free from all distractions and noise, no people, no gimmicks, no hustle and bustle! Pure joy; trailmatters," Zuan explains his work.

The coffee-table book shows great trail classics in Graubünden from familiar but also unknown perspectives, but just as many trails that even diligent trail bikers see for the first time. Trailmatters is now available online, as are trail prints to brighten up your living room.
