Race-Ticker

From September 17 to 19, 2026, the international enduro scene gathered for the 10th time in Davos Klosters, Graubünden, for the MONDRAKER ENDURO TEAM, a team race designed for maximum fun. Against a backdrop of stunning mountain panoramas, the approximately 410 participants—comprising nearly 140 teams—enjoyed the alpine racing adventure on the world-class trails surrounding the Davos Klosters destination. They fostered the exceptional camaraderie of the international mountain biking community and also celebrated the event’s 10th anniversary, including with the newly created 99+ category.

Two female cross-country mountain bikers who had recently retired from professional racing also competed in the event in Davos. Anne Terpstra from the Netherlands rode alongside her partner, Thomas Wickles, and had a great time. “The best part is that we’re doing this together as a team and can share this experience on the awesome trails here,” said Anne Terpstra. And Thomas Wickles added enthusiastically: “Everything here was incredibly impressive: the skill level of the riders, the amazing yet challenging trails, and the organization. Simply the best!” Linda Indergand from Central Switzerland, who rode with her teammate Martin Henggeler, also emphasized that they were there purely for fun—and they’ve had plenty of it here in every way. “I chased good results for long enough back in the day. Now other things matter,” she says with a laugh.

Favorites Come Out on Top

Even though it’s a casual event, it was another exciting race this time around. In the Men’s category, the favorite team, Rocky Mountain – ARC8 Factory Rider, with Tim Bratschi and Nick Beer, took the title with a time of 1h 04min 53sec. Second place, nearly six minutes behind, went to the No Brain No Pain team with Noel Ryffel and Jan Stocker, ahead of the Media Crew team with Creator Louis Eisenhut and Nalu Hajdu in third place.

In the Women’s category, the favored former enduro pros Anita and Caro Gehrig, racing as Team Specialized Double Trouble, claimed the title with a time of 1h 18min 47sec, relegating last year’s winners from Central Switzerland, Melanie Zehnder and Andrea Richiger—competing as Team Gratis Ürnerpastetä fir alli—to a clear second place, 8 minutes behind. Third place went to the locals from Klosters, Jana Putzi and Dominique Müller, riding for Team rufus.

The race in the Mixed category was decided between two teams from Ticino: Victory went to Team Mud & Riders, with Franca Rudolph and Mattia Santoro, just 30 seconds ahead of the VC Bellinzona Enduro Team with Claudia Grassi and Loris Pellencini. Third place went to the RAD-BIXS Raceteam with Jessica Strauss and Nik Küttel. Team Couple Goals, featuring former Dutch professional cyclist Anne Terpstra and her partner Thomas Wickles, placed fourth, while former professional cyclist Linda Indergand from Central Switzerland and her teammate Martin Henggeler, competing as “team dr Eint und di Anderi,” came in fifth.

In the 77+ category, victory went to the Davos-based Locals team Old School, featuring Boris Lauber and Martin Stänz, ahead of the St. Gallen team Trail Moruks with Patrice Fuchs and Patrick Blatter. Third place went to the “Finmotorik und Dampfhammer” team, consisting of Patrick Tellenbach and Marcel Beer. In the 99+ category, newly created for the anniversary, the former top contenders from the 77+ category dominated. Philipp Buchs and Iwan Arnold from Central Switzerland, competing as the team “ä Ürner und ä Rissäckler,” claimed the title in commanding fashion. Second place went to the German LA Trails Enduro Team, with Harald Krebs and Dominik Elsässer, ahead of the German Bettringer B-Boys, with Tim Schneider and Mario Pöss.

In the FUN TEAMS category, now in its seventh edition, Team Zebra Racing Innerschwyz took the win, ahead of Team Nerduro Triad and the Mudriders Racing Team from Ticino. Despite some tough battles on the course, everyone agrees: winning is secondary at this fun team event—because the main prize.

Successful Return of the ENDURO TEAM Kids Race

This year also saw the return of the kids’ race, which made its successful debut in 2022 and took place on Saturday alongside the adult race. It was once again a major highlight. The roughly 30 children between the ages of 8 and 15 didn’t just race—they were beaming with joy. The younger kids had three stages at Jakobshorn, while the older ones had a total of five stages, two of which were at Aebirügg. The children demonstrated great sportsmanship and impressed with their riding skills. Although they raced individually, the original course and the atmosphere at the finish line made for an enriching experience. “Supporting young talent is a matter close to our hearts; the beaming faces are our reward for our efforts,” said organizer Britta Wild.
