Riders of eBikes with Bosch drive systems can look forward to more flexibility when charging their pedelecs: the new Charger Adapter from Bosch eBike Systems enables Classic+ Line batteries to be charged with the latest Performance Line and Active Line chargers.

The Travel Charger is a new accessory from Bosch.

Another new accessory is the Travel Charger, which allows frequent riders to charge their Bosch eBike battery on the go, for example in the car. The compact, lightweight charger is equipped with a plug for 12-volt on-board power sockets and cigarette lighters.

Bosch eBike Systems is also working on the look of the system and bringing more visible differentiation to its Drive Units. With the new design variants, manufacturers will be able to adapt the heart of the Bosch drive system even more individually to the respective eBike model. They can decide for themselves whether to use the Bosch design shells with an inverse color variant (Active Line) or to develop their own design shell for their pedelecs with the Active Line and Performance Line, which fits perfectly into the eBike frame. From spring 2015, the Performance Line CX will also be available as a purist drive unit with a matt black powder coating and reduced design shell, which should make it easier to build full-suspension e-mountainbikes as "naked bikes", for example.
