Override Goggles

With the Override, Rudy Project is launching a new goggle designed for demanding mountain biking conditions. Developed in Italy, it is designed to pair with Terraform helmets. The goal is a seamless system that offers clear vision, a secure fit, good ventilation, and easy handling. The goggles are designed specifically for riders tackling technical trails at high speeds and in changing conditions.

At the heart of the Override is a modular dual-frame system. The lower frame holds the face pad and is responsible for comfort and moisture management. The upper frame houses the elastic strap and the lens. This makes it easier to maintain, clean, or replace individual components. The Quick Change System with four snap buttons allows for quick lens changes, even when conditions outside are challenging.

The cylindrical lenses are available in clear or mirrored versions. Additionally, the goggles are designed to accommodate Rudy Project prescription inserts. An anti-fog inner coating prevents fogging, while all-around ventilation is designed to improve airflow. Side foam elements aid in sweat management, and the three-layer face foam enhances comfort during long outings. The adjustable strap is 45 millimeters wide, features a silicone grip, and is designed to stay securely in place even on rough terrain. The Override weighs 123 grams and is available in several color combinations.

Terraform Helmets

The Terraform and Terraform Pro helmets expand Rudy Project’s lineup for trail, all-mountain, enduro, electric mountain bikes, and fast S-pedelecs. Both models are designed as unisex helmets and feature extended coverage at the temples and back of the head. The Terraform is an open-face helmet for trail and all-mountain riding. The Terraform Pro features additional cheek protection and is designed for higher-speed riding and situations requiring increased protection.

Both models comply with European standards, North American standards, and the standard for high-speed S-pedelec helmets. Additionally, Rudy Project references its own tests on rotational impacts. The integrated Twiceme System stores important emergency data on a chip inside the helmet. Rescue workers or companions can access this information using a smartphone, even without an internet connection.

For ventilation, the Terraform and Terraform Pro feature large intake and exhaust vents. Inside, the Air Frame Band structure improves air circulation, reduces pressure points, and aids in sweat management. The RSR12 adjustment system offers multiple height positions and ergonomic straps for a secure fit on technical terrain. Integrated bug stops are designed to keep insects out without noticeably impairing ventilation.

The wide, adjustable visor protects against sun, rain, and dirt. It is compatible with glasses and goggles, particularly with the Override. In the event of an impact, it can detach to reduce forces and snagging. The Terraform weighs four hundred to four hundred seventy grams depending on size, while the Terraform Pro weighs five hundred to five hundred seventy-five grams. Depending on the model and size, a significant portion is made from recycled materials, without Rudy Project compromising on protection, comfort, and performance.
