Ten years ago, mountain bikers had their first chance to ride down the slopes of Flumserberg. After it was initially unclear whether the event would attract guests, it has now been firmly entered in some calendars. The next SnowBike NightRide events will take place on January 31 and February 28. A free light test will also be offered for the first time.

The next SnowBike NightRides will take place on Friday evening, January 31, 2025 and February 28, 2025. On these evenings, the slopes between Prodalp and Tannenheim will once again be open to mountain bikers and fat bikers between 7.00 pm and 9.00 pm. Otherwise, descents by bike on the slopes on Flumserberg are not permitted. The Prodalp-Express gondola lift will start operating and transport bikers comfortably from Tannenheim 1220 m to Prodalp 1576 m.

Light up: testing SIGMA lights

As the slopes from Prodalp to Tannenheim are not illuminated, with the exception of the toboggan run, the two events offer an ideal test environment for lights. SIGMA helmet, handlebar and rear lights can be tested at the valley station of the Prodalp-Express gondola from 6.30 pm. The test is free of charge and at the end of the event, test participants will be offered a mulled wine when they return their rental equipment by 9.30 pm at the latest.

The sonderBar - right next to the Tannenheim valley station, which is open from 6.00 pm - offers a convivial end to the bike action. A delicious cheese fondue or fondue chinoise can be enjoyed by prior arrangement.
