That was the Ride Partner Summit 2025!
Ride MTB has long been more than just shredding trails and reeling off tours. The brand has become a central hub in the mountain bike world - a place for content, discussions and new perspectives. The annual Ride Partner Summit is a perfect example of how well connected Ride is today. This year's edition in Bern brought together over 70 participants for a day full of inspiration, encounters and inspiring discussions.
The focus was on four informal but substantive presentations by Tom Malecha (films from Draussen), Thorsten Lewandowski (Obi), Daniel Scherrer (Quattron) and Thomas Giger (Ride). They provided the thematic framework, but the real added value - in keeping with the spirit of the summit - was the exchange in between: during the networking breaks, over a meal together and in personal conversations.
The presentations themselves covered a broad spectrum - from systematic storytelling and transformation processes in other industries to future issues relating to rail transport and new business models at Ride. They provided valuable food for thought, combined theory with practice and led to stimulating discussions - and many a new insight.
What makes the Ride Partner Summit special is its networking function: there are few formats where tourism, the cycling industry and the media can meet and exchange ideas on an equal footing. This is exactly how Ride sees itself - as a link between closely connected but often isolated worlds. The summit brings these worlds together - in person, in an uncomplicated way and at eye level.
