BMC is thus sending the world's strongest racing squad onto the race tracks around the globe in one fell swoop. Absalon is the most successful cross-country rider of all time, Ralph Näf brings the title of Eliminator World Champion with him, and Lukas Flückiger has the silver medal from the World Championships in Saalfelden in his luggage. Moritz Milatz, for his part, stands in honor of the current European Cross-Country Champion. No other World Cup team has such a high-caliber list of riders. Under the management of David Chassot and the sporting direction of Alex Moos, great importance is attached not only to the commitment of the top riders but also to working with young talent. Here, the team is supplemented by successful U23 riders such as the Swiss Reto Intergand and the US-American Stephen Ettinger with the U23 Swiss champion Matthias Stirnemann. The two Swiss riders Martin Fanger and Jérémy Huguenin also strengthen the team. And the currently strongest Swiss cyclo-cross rider Julien Taramarcaz has also extended his contract with the team.

In addition to the cross-country, marathon and cyclo-cross disciplines, BMC also wants to be at the forefront of the booming enduro racing circus with two-time Transvésubienne winner Francois Bailly-Maître and Swiss rider Florian Golay. They will be joined at individual races by Ralph Näf, who has taken a liking to the downhill-oriented races and can imagine shifting his focus in this direction in the near future.
