"Compliments to the organizers. That was the best bike course I've ridden in this series," said the confident winner Florian Vogel at the award ceremony. On the technically demanding circuit in the woods of Tesserete, the rider from Aargau pulled away decisively in the first of six laps and visibly increased his lead. "Of course, it became difficult for everyone when it started to rain," Vogel continued. Second-placed Lukas Flückiger was unenvious of the strength of the winner. "There will probably come a time when I can beat Flo," said the two years younger Lukas Flückiger, who was satisfied with his race overall. The two 21-year-olds Patrick Gallati and Marco Arnold rode a great race. The Glarus rider from the Scott Swisspower Team was in third place until the final lap, when the Italian Giuseppe Lamastra fought his way onto the podium. As in Schaan, Gallati finished fourth and thus best U23 rider and will tackle the next Racer Bikes Cup race in Solothurn as the leader.

In the women's race, the decision in favor of Swiss champion Kathrin Leumann was made on the penultimate lap, when she turned a ten-second deficit to French rider Caroline Mani into a lead. Leumann won with a lead of 20 seconds. Swiss marathon champion and European champion Esther Süss was the second best Swiss woman in sixth place.
