With small but subtle adjustments to the geometry and more suspension travel, Yeti is making the previous enduro racer ready for the future:

• 160 millimetres rear suspension travel (previously 150 millimetres), 170 millimetres fork (as before), all suspension elements from Fox
• Individual rear triangle length per frame size
• Available in three colors
• Revised Switch Infinity for all T-Series models
• Bolted bottom bracket
• New frame design for more ground clearance
• Universal derailleur hanger (UDH)
• Revised shock link with standard bearing

The reach of the five frame sizes has increased slightly, the head tube angle is 64 degrees, the wheel size is 29 inches - mullets are not provided. Durability is a pleasing feature of the new bike: the bearings are not exotic special parts, but standard bearings. New protectors on the chainstays and down tube should also ensure quiet and defect-free operation. Sram's derailleur hanger, which is installed on many bikes and is therefore a standard product, follows the same line. According to the Swiss Yeti distributor TST-GPR, the SB160 is expected to arrive in February 2023.
