Some of the singletrail highlights south of the Gotthard are hidden around Como. One of them is Monte Bisbino with its legendary downhill trail along the Swiss border. Or Monte Bolettone high above Como, where local mountain bikers with shovels and ice axes create a super-flowing trail spectacle. And finally, Monte dei Tremezzo, wedged between Lago di Lugano and Lago di Como. Here too: The singletrail descent is one of the best far and wide. Of course, the polenta at the Rifugio is just as much a part of the camp as the gelati in the piazza or the Moretti on the terrace.

The conditions for mountain biking in the Southern Alps are currently first class. So nothing stands in the way of a camp in Como on the weekend after Easter!
