Nuvinci manufacturer Fallbrook has announced that its European subsidiary Fallbrook Technologies International Co. has opened a new headquarters in Zwolle in the Netherlands. The company had already been represented in Aalsmeer [NL]) for several years, but the various divisions were split between different locations in Germany (service) and the Netherlands (sales, administration).

"The Zwolle site meets our requirements perfectly. We have found the perfect place to bundle our European business areas and organize them centrally from here. Located between Amsterdam and the German border, Zwolle offers us an ideal infrastructure to serve all European customers perfectly," says David Hancock, Executive Vice President of Product Business Units at Fallbrook.

German Service Center moves to the Netherlands
As a first step, the sales department, which was previously managed by Roland ten Brinke from Zwolle, will move into the newly rented office building. In the near future, Zwolle will also be the location of the NuVinci Service Center, which is currently based in Winnerath, Germany.

In the coming months, a further step will be taken for the hub gear expert in the European market. Chris Vasiliotis, Director of Product Management & Support, will move from Austin Texas, the headquarters of Fallbrook Technologies Inc. to Zwolle. There he will continue to act as Director of Product Management and at the same time open and manage the new Service Center. Hancock emphasizes that Vasilotis is a key figure for product development and that he can reflect the requirements of European customers with regard to the development of new products.

In addition to logistics and administrative processes, which will be coordinated from Zwolle with immediate effect, there are also plans to set up a training center for dealers and industry partners at the new location.
