Moyenmont
Description
In La Bresse, ride north on the Rue des Champions until the ascent to Moyenmont begins on the right after a few minutes. The Chemin des Prés Gaumé is somewhat unfriendly and steep until you reach the hill above La Bresse. After the viewpoint, head back and right towards Le Pré Jacquot, where you turn right into the descent immediately after the houses. It starts off easy, then changes to the Sentier Louis Zidore, which is quite a challenge. Shortly after each other, the side of the valley changes and presents you with a few tricky passages. A forward-looking riding style is an advantage. The descent is then a little less steep but no less technical along the mountain flank until just before the valley floor. The tour continues up the valley on the other side of the main road. At Les Mortes you return and start the ascent. Pleasant at first, then a little steeper in the second part, this leads to the Collet de l'Étang de la Cuve. From here you roll along the forest road and back to Le Pré Jacquot, where the descent to La Bresse begins. The first section is easy and fast and leads to the Roche Beuty viewpoint, where you can see the whole of La Bresse. The second section is even more technically challenging until the tour ends at the starting point.
