This loop in the Schmausenbucker trail paradise rides along the Affenschaukel trail and the adjacent 3er-Line. These fast, short trails give you that Alpine feeling in somewhat steeper terrain.

Description

DIMB, DAV, ADFC and lots of volunteers have created a true trail paradise here. The individual trails on this loop can be reached via gentle climbs or nasty ramps. Although the trails are usually not very long, they can be ridden several times, or there are several trails next to each other. For example, the Monkey Swing, 3er and Jumpy Pumpy Trail. You ride them one after the other. They are also a little more challenging due to the steeper terrain. The monkey swing trail in particular has some great combinations of bends to offer. Then you ride back to the rapids. First steeply up the steep ramp and then on the other side over crisp roots and fast bends back to the forest road. Now the Prickelpit awaits, a fast trail with lots of roots and a small rocky section. Then it's back and finally onto the flowing Soulkitchen Trail to end the trail party.

Background to Ride MTB

Ride MTB is dedicated to mountain biking. With the maps Ride Trail Maps and Trail Books and the print magazine Ride, it has played a formative role in alpine mountain biking for many years and has shaped it like few other organizations.
