Schmausenbuck is a paradise for mountain bikers. Thanks to the DIMB, DAV and ADFC, it has been possible to create wonderful trails for every ability level. The loop takes you along several trails with fast berms and root fields to the Flowline, where you can work on your jumping performance.

Description

DIMB, DAV, ADFC and many volunteers have done a great job. What you can only dream of in other cities or regions, the dream has come true in Nuremberg-Schmausenbuck. A trail paradise for all mountain bikers has been created here. Whether beginner or experienced mountain biker - everyone has fun here. Short climbs need to be climbed with little effort and so trail after trail can be shredded. Numerous trails are combined into one loop. Flowing trails with fast berms, root fields and easy rock gardens ensure that there is plenty of fun to be had. The slightly sandy forest floor is extremely grippy and doesn't get muddy even in the rain. The flowline with a few challenging jumps stands out on this loop. Otherwise, the trails are very varied and not too difficult, ideal for an after-work ride.

Background to Ride MTB

Ride MTB is dedicated to mountain biking. With the maps Ride Trail Maps and Trail Books and the print magazine Ride, it has played a formative role in alpine mountain biking for many years and has shaped it like few other organizations.

In addition to the publishing business, the company is now also active in product management and operating entire mountain bike projects.
