Vallon du Doubs
Description
From Saignélegier, the route initially rides to the Muriaux train station, where the first highlight of the route awaits after a short climb to the Spiegelberg ruins. A steep and crisp singletrail descent along the Crêpe des Sommetres leads directly to the banks of the Doubs. You now follow the right bank of the river for around ten kilometers on a mixture of single trails and gravel roads before finally reaching the small village of Soubey, where you return to Saignélegier. A small road takes you up to the village of Montfaucon, 500 meters higher up. Parallel to the main road, you cross the small mountain ridge to Le Bémont, from where it is just a stone's throw back to Saignélegier.

Don't you think it would be necessary to mention that you have to descend the rock face via ladders? And how is that supposed to be possible with an e-bike? Unfortunately, we didn't read the comments beforehand. Fortunately, we turned around and found a turn-off about halfway down the mountain path that rides along the wooded and not so steep mountain flank. Unfortunately with a steep uphill and a detour of many kilometers. Annoying and tiring.
The descent to the Doubs is not rideable! Not suitable for e-bikes at all, as you often have to carry the bike (iron ladders, iron steps and ropes down chains...). From Soubey it goes up on the main road. For these two passages you have to look for an alternative. The rest is completely ok.
Keep your hands off this tour. It's annoying that this is even called a tour. The descent to the Doubs is mostly unrideable, except for freaks who can get down vertical iron ladders. There were three of them. How you can get an (e-)bike down with one arm hanging from the ladder is a mystery to me.
The ascent from Soubey is on the main road, a motorcycle race track. This is despite the fact that there are at least partial alternatives.
The second section of the descent down to the Doubs is extremely steep and almost impossible to ride. There are constant climbing and ladder passages.
