Poggio dell'Allodola – Falegname-Trail

Poggio dell'Allodola

The Falegname is an incomparable trail in the Nava region. From the grassy summit of Poggio dell Allodola, the trail begins in the forest with fast bends and a few descents.

Description

From the middle of the village of Colle di Nava, roll down the main road for a few hundred meters and turn onto the SP100. After just under four kilometers, a forest road begins at the crossroads, which you follow. At the next fork in the road, continue riding along the left-hand bend through a barrier. After a right-hand bend, ride straight on until you reach a fork and take the forest road on the right. Soon you will be crossing alpine meadows on the Poggio dell'Allodola.

The Falegname Trail begins up here. It gets fast into the forest. The trail rides through varied terrain, very flowy and not too difficult. After a while, you pass a hut on the left. Now the Falegname becomes steep and somewhat rough and technical. Tight bends and steep steps alternate until you reach the first houses again in Nava and the tarred road meets the SP28 on the left. Ride up this road until you reach the starting point of the tour.
