From San Bernardino, take the little-used pass road to the pass of the same name. In this way, you master 450 meters in altitude and then turn right at the top of the pass onto a single trail. This takes you uphill for a while through the rugged landscape over to the high valley of Alp Montagna. Now follows the long singletrail descent along the eastern side of the valley to the Alpe de Pian Doss. From here, you descend to the Lagh de Pian Doss, an idyllic bathing lake. The way back to nearby San Bernardino then rides along small roads and trails
