La Berra
Description
The tour starts in Plaffeien, from where you take the main road to Plasselb. Here the long climb begins, initially on an asphalt road which ends in a steep alpine trail. Passing the Käseberg you climb to the top of the Berra, where the bike has to be pushed up a steep meadow slope for the last few meters. The view from the summit is magnificent. For the return trip you first follow the ridge, passing the Hauta-Chia restaurant and then heading down to the Schwarzsee via Balisa. At the lower end of the lake the single track begins, leading smoothly through the varied landscape of the Seeschlund to Plaffeien.
Note: the route also requires map sheet Simme / Saane (13).

very scenic tour on a perfect autumn day. also turned off towards schwyberg and then before the second ascent back towards schwarzsee. in the lower part there is a small, somewhat more challenging hiking trail with steps towards the lake. i had fun on it. otherwise the tour is more of an easy t3. the flat descent to plaffeien is fun. it is best to follow the hiking/bike trail until below plaffeien and at the end a little uphill again to plaffeien. this is worth it.
Beautiful tour. We started in Schwarzsee. Except for La Berra, there is only the carrying passage (approx. 30m) at Gross Schwand. After La Berra there are 1-2 summits that also have to be pushed briefly. However, the fast descent over undulating grass pastures is worth it! We extended the tour with another push section towards Schwyberg, which we found much more exciting as a descent than the descent via the gravel path to Schwarzsee.
The tour is solala. There is certainly no flow. Adventurous downhill stretches so that you can take every trail with you. You also have to push up a lot.
