Tour on 11 October 2024 with my Specialized Enduro. Very pleasant ascent on asphalt and very little traffic. Unfortunately the restaurant Les Roches Blancs was closed at the top. The descent was awesome. Different surfaces, a few technical passages with a high proportion of trail. You can easily ignore the two no-cycling signs. I only crossed a few hikers. I would do this tour again 👍. The tour is also easy to ride on an eBike.
The local mountain of Annecy is unfortunately protected (foret domaniale du semnoz) and biking (VTT) is only allowed on forest roads. It was very sad, because we pedaled up 1400m (organic) only to rest in front of a prohibition sign...
