Monte Crep / Monte Prenduol

Monte Crep and Monte Prenduol, with their long descent to Valmareno, are perfect pre-Alpine classics near Vittorio Veneto.

Description

The starting point is Follina. From here, the route takes you along side roads and partly on the official cycle paths to Combái. Shortly before this, take the direct route into the forest at Vergoman and pedal steadily uphill along the forest road. The rustic road rides directly to the Bivacco Salvadella Vecia. From here, continue in the direction of Bivacco Salvadella Nuova. A forest road takes you to Agriturismo Malga Monte and you can then take in Monte Prenduol and/or Monte Crep. Both are quite interesting panoramic mountains that offer excellent views, especially in spring and fall.

Afterwards, you descend a few more meters on gravel before entering the trail fun. Sentieri 1074 and 1070 are a bit of a challenge. Between difficulty levels S2 and S3, however, this offers an attractive trail descent for advanced bikers. At an altitude of around 500 meters above sea level, you join the Troi de Adamo and take this in the direction of Valmareno. After passing through a few small houses, it is relatively easy to return to the starting point on a small single trail.
