From Lützelflüh, take the country road to Schafhausen and from there to the ridge that separates the Bigetal and the Talgraben. Ride past Vorderschwendi to Aspi and then take the descent over the ridge almost to Schwanden. Now it's time for the second part of the tour, climbing up to Ätzlischwand and rolling from here to Moosegg. Now follow the ridge along the Nesselgraben and pass the ruins of Wartenstein Castle. Cycle along the left bank of the Emme from Schachen back to Lützelflüh.

A nice tour if you want to take it easy. After Schafhausen, the route climbs quite steeply for a short distance.
E-MTB, pushing is the order of the day. The route is varied, alternating between short, easy trails and leisurely roads without traffic.
