The tour rides like a great eight through the Wynental valley, from Aarau along district roads to Buchs and the Wynenfeld industrial site. Just south of there, you enter the forest, cross the highway and climb up to Tannhölzli. This is followed by a short descent, and this is how the whole tour continues. This is the starting point for the descent to Unterkulm, from where the route continues on the opposite side of the valley through Ischlag to Steineberg and up to Chräje. Via Dürrenasch you reach the Zwingstein again, ride the same route as before via Bleien, but then keep right at Forst and return to Suhr via Schoornig and Rifegrind. The final ascent leads to Suhrerchop, and through the Gönert you return to Aarau.
