Despite the proximity to the city, there are many quiet and very beautiful sections of the route and, as a native Bernese, I still got to know some unknown and beautiful corners around Bern. The tour was well worth it. The (few) trails were also fun despite the very muddy conditions, especially the Ulmizberg trails. However, this was not THE mountain bike tour, but if there is still snow in the mountains, it is definitely enough.
Ridden on 4.5.21 with start in Gümligen. A really nice tour with lots of variety. Highly recommended. Even the crossing of the Aare at Äschenbrunnmatt was perfect. THANKS to the skipper. Only the farmer at Trottebüel said "da chasch ned düre, i lad'i ned düre, das esch mis" which cost me a smile and about 400m detour. Not worth mentioning. Thanks to the tour organizers.
There's a better combo on the Bantiger and on the Schwarzkopf you're chased down a forest path towards Grauholz instead of shooting down the trail from the trailnet schwarzkopf.

-Basically ride the tour the other way around
-At Schwarzkopf above Ittigen, you should turn right at Wysyshuushüsi and ride along the edge of the forest to Wolfeich, which is one of the best trails around Bern.
