Grächner Seetalhorn
Description
The tour starts at the Hannigalp mountain station just above Grächen. The route initially follows a forest trail, which later leads via the Heidnische Tossu as a steep piste trail to a transition between the Durlochhorn and Seetalhorn. This is the start of the long singletrail descent. It rides steeply downhill in the face of the Nadelhorn and the Ried glacier to the Ridbach and a short counter-climb later on a forest trail to the Suone above Hellenen. Follow this to Flüe and take another singletrail to the main road to Zermatt. Ride along the Matterhorn-Gotthard Railway to St. Niklaus, from where you can take the Postbus back to Grächen.

... Continuation (2nd part from Schallbettu to Mattsand forgotten...): fantastic flow, top entertainment from locals... MERCI!
Rode today with e-bike. First part from Hannigalp borderline difficult even with E. Ascent on piste hard and tedious. Singletrail in the upper part not rideable (rockfall/stones). Then rideable with many hairpin bends; high level, views outweigh everything; little used by Rotsoclen and... bikers. Greetings from a local
From Schalbetu, we recommend the extremely flowing single trail of the signposted bike route no. 8 to Mattsand, which runs around 40 m above the signposted route.
The described section along the Schuone is apparently no longer managed or maintained and is not (or no longer) rideable without trial technique.
