Tour Grand Bois Ardèche

The singletrail circuit through the Grand Bois is one of the trail highlights between Vallon-Pont-d'Arc and Vagnas. A large part of the tour includes the Domaine du Frigoulet's own trails, which are built and maintained by the hotel's guides.

Description

The hotel's own technical course at Domaine du Frigoulet marks the start of the singletrail circuit through the Grand Bois. Immediately after the course, turn left and head west of the hotel complex over the house trails onto a small ridge. The snake trail now leads down to the small Rieussec river, briefly up to the Chemin de Grand Bois and further along the river until a crisp path leads up to La Boriette. After the estate, some first-class trails now ride steadily up and down through the Grand Bois until you reach the Chemin de Grand Bois again. From here, it's back uphill via the house trails and back to the Domaine du Frigoulet.
