From Uzwil, you cycle via Watt to the outskirts of Flawil. South of the village, the ascent to Magdenau Monastery begins and continues up to Winzenberg. Here you take the short and crisp singletrail down to Oberrindal and from there up again, this time to the Eppenberg. A beautiful path leads from here down to Bichwil, from where you ride back to Uzwil on country roads.
