Description
From Balsthal, follow the Veloland route to Mümliswil and climb up towards Breitehöchi. At the bend to the right, turn left onto a small road up to Vordere Hauberg. Follow the road for 500 meters, but then take the path branching off to the right to Tüfelschuchi. The ascent adds up to 60 meters before the first singletrail descent begins. Along the southern flank of the Helfenberg you reach Langenbruck. The next ascent awaits, 300 vertical meters up to the small transition below the Gwidenflue. This is followed by the singletrail passage to the Höhenklinik and finally to Bärenwil. Passing the Santelhöchi, you now climb up to the Höchi Flue. The following singletrail section to the Tiefmatt restaurant is great fun. The final descent back to Balsthal on the north side of the Roggen is also fun.

Tip: Ride the tour in autumn when there is fog on the Central Plateau. The Solothurn Jura is usually fog-free when the fog line is not too high.
