Trochenmatt
Description
From Lucerne, you climb up through the Bruchmatt district and reach the Hintergütsch farm on the north side of the Sonnenberg and finally the industrial district of Sonnhalde. This is where the 500-metre ascent to Chräjgütsch, the transition to the Eigental, begins. Follow this uphill to the Trochemattsattel at the end of the valley. There are still a few meters of altitude to master, finally on a narrow path, partly pushing the bike. At the crossing above the Hirsbode, the ascent is over and the descent begins. This leads past the Alp Hinder Mülimoos to Grüenenwald and continues along mountain roads to the Bömmeren bridge over the Rümligbach stream. You then pass the village of Lifere, climb up to the Usserberg and reach the northern side of the Blatterberg near the industrial district you passed on the way up. Ride out of the valley on a trail and reach the village of Littau on the marked cycle routes. You return to Lucerne through the Gütschwald forest.

After the Trochenmattsattel, from point 1467 to Hinder Mülimoos, you have to push your bike for the most part or climb up along chains (appropriate for hikers due to the risk of falling). Thomas, please remove the note "suitable for e-mountain bikes" or ride the route down via the Stäfeli area towards Schwarzenberg.
Boring! and not at all worthwhile by bike.
Well suited for e-mountain bikes" Please! There are two crazy carrying passages that would require very good surefootedness even without a bike. And that these are not even mentioned in the text?
I don't find the tour so exhilarating. Hardly any trails.
