If you have ever taken off or landed in Kloten by plane, you will not have missed the lovely area. The trip around the airport is a beautiful tour, especially for aviation enthusiasts.

Description

From Bülach train station, the route first rides through the town center, then past the barracks to the railroad line at Endhöri. Along the edge of the forest and past large fields to the parking lot at the airstrip, where aviation enthusiasts can watch and photograph planes landing. We continue the tour past the Grafschaft district of Oberglatt and through the wooded area along the western runway. Finally, you follow the Glatt to Glattbrugg and cycle around the airport building on the marked cycle paths. Past the airport barracks, you climb up to Homberg, pass the village of Oberrüti and return to Bülach through the woods between the airport and Embrach.
