The starting point is the road to the Nassfeld Pass on the south side just above Pontebba at the small parking lot. From here, the bike is then only pushed and carried up a military road from the First World War to the saddle at just under 1650 meters above sea level. If you choose the variant to the Nassfeld Pass, you also wind your way down a military trail with difficulty levels S1 to S2 and then rejoin the uphill section, which takes you back to the starting point.
