The Restaurant des alpes with terrace is open 7 days a week. The menu includes Valais delicacies and pizza, salad straight from Grandpa Martin's garden in summer and other vegetarian dishes. Outstanding beer specialties, Aletsch beer brewed by beer sommelier Fabian Albrecht himself in the hotel kitchen since 2020, as well as guided beer dinners and beer-themed events.
