Croix de Coeur

The panoramic tour from Verbier via Ruinettes to Le Châble with excellent views of Mont Blanc offers well-deserved downhill fun.

Description

From Verbier, you reach the Croix-du-Coeur pass on the asphalted mountain road and have thus already mastered almost the entire ascent of the tour. The high-level trail to Ruinettes is a wide alpine path that is fortunately not difficult to ride. This gives us the opportunity to enjoy the phenomenal view while riding. Directly opposite, Mont Blanc towers into the sky, with the Petit and Grand Combin a little further east. From Ruinettes, the Bisse du Levron takes you to Chaux. This is where the easy but sometimes steep singletrail descent to Sarreyer begins. After Les Morgnes, you reach a forest path slightly below the main road, but then follow it to Le Châble. Return to Verbier by gondola lift or post bus.
