Tanneralm
Description
From Jachenau, take the forest road up towards Rabenkopf. Always follow the signs for Rabenkopf Stalleralm. After about six kilometers, turn right onto the forest road towards Benediktenwand. Continue on this road until you reach the crossroads to the Glaswandscharte, continue straight ahead here and then take the path to the right towards Bichleralm, Tanneralm. This path climbs slightly, but can be ridden without difficulty. Out of the forest, the trail leads to the deserted Tanneralm. A very beautiful place with a great view of the Benediktenalm and opposite you can see the Karwendel mountains in the distance. At the top left you can see the Bichler Alm. If you want to extend the tour a little further, you can drive up to the refreshment stop. Otherwise, head downhill across the meadow and along the forest road on the right. It is more of a cart track, which leads down rough and rocky to the Langenecksattel. This is followed by a few short trail sections that cut off the forest road. Before Reichnaubach, turn right towards Jachenau and later right onto the forest road back to Jachenau.
