The tour starts just east of Pesariis. Right off the main road, you cross the Torrente Pesarina and tackle an uphill section on gravel with an elevation gain of just under 500 meters before joining the trail. The descent itself follows a partially man-made path on classic forest soil, typical of this region, and leads directly down to the Torrente Pesarina, where the loop finally closes. Depending on weather conditions or dryness, the descent itself can be rated S1 or S2 in difficulty.
