Ideally, you should start the tour at the Grütschalp mountain station, which can be reached by a large gondola from Lauterbrunnen. Now follow the forest road along the railroad line to Mürren and cover a large part of the ascent of the tour. In Gimmelwald, follow the route to Gimmelwald and on to Wasserbrigg near Lütschinen-Bach. Singletrail riders take the hiking trail shortcuts on this section, while less experienced riders follow the mountain bike signs. The route now rides through steep terrain in places and unsure bikers push a few meters here for safety reasons. The good bikers and the less experienced ones then part ways again. The trail on the left goes steeply downhill over countless hairpin bends, while the variant on the right rides along an alpine road. Both routes come together again at the Stechelberg power station, from where you follow the Weisse Lütschine to Lauterbrunnen. We recommend taking a look up towards Mürrenflue from time to time. This is one of the most famous base jump rocks in the world. After Lauterbrunnen, change sides and ride out of the valley on the right bank of the river to Zweilütschinen and along the Veloland route to Interlaken Ost station.

I have just done this tour and was absolutely thrilled and impressed. Thank you for this suggestion.
I filmed my tour with a helmet camera and the video shows what a fantastic mountain backdrop you can find in the Mürren and Grindelwald area. I have already experienced many great mountain panoramas while biking, but this area of the Bernese Oberland with its many biking possibilities beats everything, even as a mountain-spoiled Grisons native I have to admit that.
