Bormio 3000 | Ride MTB

Bormio 3000

The cable car takes you to the Cima Bianca above Bormio, which is over 3000 meters high. An excellent single trail descent through the Valle di Sobretta begins here.

Description

From the Bormio 3000 valley station, take the cable car up to the Cima Bianca (3018 meters above sea level). Once you have passed the mountain ridge, a technically challenging single trail leads past various small alpine lakes to Bocca di Profa. A flowing singletrail continues down through the Valle di Sobretta. The singletrail soon changes to a gravel road, which runs along the slope to the left through the forest. The road descends steadily until you finally turn onto the main road at San Antonio. You now ride down for a good three kilometers on a paved road to the last house in Uzza, where you turn right onto a singletrail that leads back to Bormio.
