Panoramaweg Davos Standardtour

Panoramaweg Davos

The Parsenntour is a classic in Davos and rides along the long and flowing panoramic trail from the Strelapass to the Gotschnagrat. The return trip to Davos via the Schwarzseealp and the Wolfgangpass also offers singletrail fireworks.

Description

In Davos Platz, the route rides towards Davos Dorf on the valley road. At the Hotel Cresta, turn left and begin the ascent to Schatzalp. This first leads over asphalt, crosses the promenade and, after reaching the last houses, becomes a wide road. From the Schatzalp, the road continues to the Strelapass, but becomes increasingly steeper and rougher. Once you reach the Strelapass, turn onto the panoramic trail. This leads high above Davos to the high trail and on via the Parsennhütte to the Gotschnagrat. From Gotschnagrat, a difficult trail leads down to Schwarzseealp and from there on to Gotschnaboden. Once at Gotschnaboden, another single trail leads back to the Wolfgangpass and then along the cycle path to Davos.

Tips:

  • The long ascent from Davos to the Strelapass can be covered with the Parsenn cable car. From the Weissfluhjoch, a rapid descent leads through the Haupter Täli via the rocky path to the Strelapass.
  • The panoramic trail is also very popular with hikers, so please plan a tour early in the morning or in the evening!
