Just got back from the tour. Very nice as described. Alp Flix in particular is worth a visit. The two long single trails are quite demanding (I also pushed downhill briefly) and the one from Alp Flix down towards Rona is blocked in places in the upper part, sometimes with wet stones. The transfer from Savognin up towards Monn on the main road is a little less beautiful, but there is no alternative.
It's worth arriving the evening before and staying overnight in Bivio, e.g. at the Hotel Post with its good bike infrastructure, very friendly staff and delicious food as well as tips for the tour.
