The interesting part of the tour begins at the bottom station of the chairlift in Prato Valentino. A road rides up to here, and if you can and want to, you can save yourself 1300 vertical meters with a shuttle. Just behind the Rifugio, the gravel road leads up to Dosso Lau, a small plateau, before the terrain then climbs steeply up to Monte Brione. A little below the reservoir, the trail descent starts on the left - a first-class and flowing singletrail until a little above Verdomana. There is an intermediate section on a gravel road before climbing a few more meters on a good trail. The second part of the descent begins at San Gaetano and continues along the mountain road down to Chiuro. Almost 100 percent on single trails, sometimes fast and flowing, then a little rougher - the full program of variety. All in all, a worthwhile trail tour for those who rely on the shuttle. However, if you ride the tour from the bottom under your own steam, the effort-benefit ratio is not ideal.
