Located right at the entrance to Arosa, the Valsana is framed by the forest and the Obersee lake. The peaks of the surrounding Arosa mountains form the backdrop. "Feel a bit at home" is the motto of the new hotel and, just like there, there are no strict rules in Arosa's "living room" - the atmosphere is relaxed and homely. The hotel has 40 rooms and suites as well as nine family apartments, all of which have a balcony. In front of the restaurant, the huge sun terrace offers a clear view of the mountain peaks opposite and the spa area, with its location and panoramic windows, is the direct transition to the adjacent forest. In the basement, a doctor's surgery, sports store, modern shopping facilities and a parking garage offer the necessary everyday luxury.

Sustainability was a particular focus in the construction of the new Valsana Hotel Arosa. Materials and products were consciously selected and a corresponding energy concept was designed. This includes, for example, the ice storage system, which stores the hotel's own waste heat and the heat from the geothermal probes and converts it into energy. The advantages of this autonomous energy concept include massive CO2 savings and the complete utilization of waste heat.
