Here is the overview of the newly recorded tours in October 2024. 26 researched routes have been added with a focus on the Eastern Alps in Austria and Friuli in Italy.

The Zillertal and the Wipptal are among the best-known regions in Tyrol. There are some MTB highlights hidden here - some of them already recorded in the Ride tour database, now supplemented by numerous new entries. Here are three of the highlights of the new Tirol tours on Ride:

In addition, Piz Lat, a great and little-known route in the border region of Nauders (Austria) and Scuol (Switzerland) has been added.

More routes in Friuli

The ride database is already well stocked in the Italian Eastern Alps (Friuli). In October, the range was significantly upgraded again, especially with routes in the upper Canal Valley (Val Piave) in the tri-border region of Austria-Italy-Slovenia. Particularly worth mentioning:

Clap Forat

The Clap Forat in the Channel Valley, at just under 1600 meters above sea level, was a heavily contested mountain peak during the First World War, although the last fragments of the paths have since been transformed into excellent trails.
