Schwarzenberg
Description
The route starts in the small village of Oberaudorf. From here, the route takes you past the Luegsteinsee lake and steadily uphill towards Rechenau. Up to this point, the climb is not very demanding. From Rechenau, however, there are some very steep sections on a forest road that ride directly to the Schwarzenberg summit cross. The last few meters to the summit are covered on a trail.
The summit cross is located in wooded terrain and only offers limited views. The descent begins right at the summit. Initially, the descent is a mix of S1 and S2 difficulty. Subsequently, up to the Ramserer Alm, there are also sections of difficulty S3.
At the Ramserer Alm, you switch to the next single trail, which rides through wooded areas in the upper section and finally leads towards the Hocheck mountain inn. There you come to the road, which is used as a toboggan run in winter. You follow this for a short time downhill before taking a final trail cutter that leads directly back to Oberaudorf.
All in all, this is a short but very varied all-mountain tour that is particularly suitable for riding uphill on an electric mountain bike.
