Ischgl-Trails
Description
From Ischgl, you start by riding the cable car to the Viderjoch. To warm up, head onto the bike trail to Alp Trida and take the chairlift back to Viderjoch. Now follow the mountain ridge to the Salaaser Kopf, sometimes on gravel tracks, then again on single trails. You return to the Alptrider Sattel on single trails, but turn right beforehand and reach the village of Ravaisch on a very steep trail. The gondola takes you up again, this time to the Alptrider Sattel. The following descent to the chairlift in the direction of Viderjoch again leads along a singletrail specially built for bikers. On the Viderjoch, you later ride on Austrian soil on a bike trail to the Idaalpe and take the chairlift back to the Viderjoch. Then there is the long final descent to Ischgl, which rides via the Velillalpe on a trail that has again been specially created for mountain bikers.
Note: The route is located on Austrian territory and leads over routes that are not approved for mountain bikers. Riding this route on a mountain bike is the responsibility of each individual, in full awareness of the legal situation.
