The start is in Resiutta. Here it is advisable to equip your bike with lights, as the route follows the former railroad line from the 1900s through the old tunnels, some of which are poorly lit. At the end of these tunnels, take the cycle path towards Moggio Udinese, but leave it before the Fella and pedal steadily uphill along a fairly steep, concrete forest path towards Stavoli Ravorade. Passing the small hamlet, the route then takes countless hairpin bends on gravel to the summit of Monte Stivane in the direction of Monte Sflincis. Some buildings are reminiscent of the First World War, during which this mountain ridge and its infrastructure were not spared. In sections, the route then follows a forest road and trail with difficulty levels S1, S2 towards Borgo Cros. From Borgo Cros comes the finale with some hairpin bends, but also on difficulty S1, S2 towards Val Resia. Once you reach Povici di sotto, you have landed in paradise. The foothills of the Torrente Resia and Fiume Fella offer countless pools and turquoise-blue water with a Caribbean flair. In Resiutta, the loop closes again.

Ascent on concrete path easy to ride despite ramps, epic descent we didn't think it was, nice but rather easy trail with somewhat steeper/tighter bends at the bottom. In Resiutta good chicken roast and ice cream parlor :-)
